Your walk cycles don't have a dramatic enough up-down motion. The timing on the head turn feels odd. I think it's because typically if someone turns their head it's to look at something. She's turning to look at the camera. But it doesn't feel like we gave her enough time to realize the camera is there. A short pause after then pan and before the turn might help. Some of the anatomy on the slightly anime figures looks odd too.
Other than that, keep up the good work, these are pretty great.
